The endless human tasks encourage our arms to reach further forward than needed.  Ditch the tightness war between the shoulder blades, bring tension and strength there to release it and retrain the shoulder blades to sit on the back ribs.

This fiesty title reminds us that the the chin juts forwards nearly all the time for most and the head off centre.  Pressure on the small vertebrae of the neck has a massive impact on the spine and can be felt all the way down.  Reinforce a neutral neck for health of the spine but also for elegance. Strength the shoulders with this energising forearm flow. Feel stable, spacious and strong in the shoulders and core. Lifting upwards to keep the shoulders from diving forwards in forearm fabulous!
